Recursive Judgment Science™ is Dr. D. Ivan Young’s founder-developed discipline for examining how recurring cognitive, emotional, neurophysiological, behavioral, relational, ethical, environmental, technological and consequence-driven loops shape human judgment over time.
Its companion methodology, Augmented NeuroSynthesis™, integrates ethically governed AI, behavioral neuroscience, structured self-observation, emotional regulation and recursive reflection to strengthen awareness, cognitive coherence, ethical agency and decision quality.
Both are grounded in Dr. Young’s work on empathy, self-empathy and self-compassion as trainable skills rather than dispositions — the same body of work behind “From the Heart,” accepted for presentation at the American College of Lifestyle Medicine’s 2026 conference.
